Have you heard of these guys? They have a pretty big name in vaping. A lot of that probably has to do with their capacity in regional distribution. A lot of Tennessee vape shops get their supplies from these guys. That said, their shop in Nashville is legendary. I’ve heard about it from several different sources. Today, I went to check them out.
My Trip To Nashville:
The trip, however, was about more than street art. So we went in to check out the vape shop. First things first, it’s a very unique setup they have. They’re located in a house, and they actually have gas lights outside the house. I would be remiss if I didn’t point out the irony here. Gas lights have taken a bit of a beating in the media here lately. However, they’re not gas lighting you. They just happen to have gas lights.

For all of the hype, one would expect there to be more to the shop than the 2 pictures taken inside the shop. Spoiler alert. There isn’t. One room features e-liquid. The other houses the mods and tanks. That’s all there is to it.
That said, they do have a nice selection of devices. However, they had nothing in the high end department while I was there. I understand why shops tend to avoid the high end market devices, but that said this is Nashville. You’re a hyped shop. Certainly you can move a few Rig or Purge mods, even if the Squape is too obscure for you.
That said, they did have a very nice selection of e-liquid. It’s not an overly broad selection. It’s just full of quality juices from top notch manufacturers. Since most vapers buy a device, then look for that perfect flavor to fuel it, this is a pretty solid approach. Furthermore, they have really nice menus that do an excellent job of giving you the full rundown on their selections.
Their customer service is top notch too. The guy who was working when I was there started vaping in 2010. I started in 2009. We had a nice time talking about all of the overpriced drippers and genesis atomizers we sunk money into 10 years ago. It was refreshing to talk to a vape shop employee that didn’t get a blank stare when I mentioned some of the old school vape gear.
All things being equal, Gaslight Vapor in Nashville Tennessee is a nice shop. They have a wide selection of coils for most modern tanks. They also carry many of the newer devices that vapers are looking for.
As for me, I was able to pick up a couple of bottles of e-liquid that appealed to me. They have a surprisingly nice selection of tobacco flavors, which I’m still a fan of.
This shop is worth checking out if you’re in the area. However, it is a little over-hyped. Don’t expect a lot of exclusives or high end gear. Just the usual cast of characters available at your average local vape shop. The atmosphere is great. The customer service is excellent. Stop in and check them out for yourself next time you’re in the area.
