Yesterday was a banner day for me. I took my break over at the Loves in Mifflinville Pennsylvania. I got in a nice long bike, and then I went for a walk back down to the park to relax and read my book.
I hadn’t expected to get a bik ride in yesterday. My load had 3 stops, and it left me in Wilkes Barre Pa with an hour on my clock. Thus, I was getting as many steps in as I could at each of my stops. However, they planned me out quickly so I got to ride on top of the extra steps.
First, the bike ride.
As you can see, Mifflinville is a great place to ride. I was able to get 10 miles in, my longest trek to date. It felt good too. I wasn’t even that tired after the ride. Here are the details.
On my ride, I passed a nice little park. I wanted to relax and do a little reading, so I headed back down on foot. I was already well over my daily goal of 10,000 steps.
FitBit stats for 05/24:
All in all, it was a great day. I’m sure I’ll be stopping in Mifflinville the next time I get a chance.
